HOMEWORK
Visualizing a home renovation project is difficult. I produce architectural renders that provide a bridge between concept and reality.
ROUGH TO RADIANT
An abandoned rancher was deserving a makeover. Kitchen redesign involved modifying windows and new cabinetry. A small primary bathroom was converted to a powder room and an extra bedroom was repurposed as the primary bathroom and walk-in shower. Ugly duckling…meet beautiful swan.
TWO-STORY HOME UPDATE
Out with the browns and in with the grays. Clean, crisp white finishes and contrasting neutral grays give an outdated home an updated look.
MASTER BATH RENOVATION
Homeowners wanted a bathroom that reflected their tasted in modern design and functionality. A rarely-used jetted tub was replaced by a zero-entry shower and tiled walkout. Floor to ceiling tile visually created a larger space and provided color and texture to the final look.
BATH AND LAUNDRY REFRESH
Builder-grade bathroom and laundry room were ripe for renovation. A new tub with sliding glass shower doors and a new vanity top made the space more modern and inviting. The laundry room didn’t need to be utilitarian. The homeowner wanted it to be a welcoming space in her home just like every other room.
KITCHEN FLIP
The goal was to move the galley kitchen to other side of the house. The homeowner also wanted an roomier kitchen and enjoy the view from her kitchen which had been limited to a very small window. The unused space of an adjoining room and a large picture window provided the perfect opportunity to meet those goals.
COTTAGE UPDATE
A cottage home was in need of a makeover. By giving the home a few industrial design elements, style and comfort is achieved through a mix of rich wood tones and various metals.
